Are the resource descriptions standardized and consistent?
Is access and use of the DL easy, quick and friendly, for example, a search engine, site map or browsing mechanism is supported?
Is the interface designed to be easy to use and navigate?
Is the website maintenance deliberately planned & structured?
Is a copyright statement or like prominently stated?
Does the presentation stay on task?
